IRS Advisory Panel Offers Recommendations Related To Tax-Exempt And Government Entities

The IRS Advisory Committee on Tax Exempt and Government Entities (ACT) presented final recommendations and its annual report at a June 15 public meeting. The year-long projects that culminated in the recommendations covered topics related to the following: tax-exempt bonds; federal, state, and local governments; Indian tribal governments; exempt organizations; and employee plans.
